Zam Zalman brings more than 20 years of industry expertise spanning insurance, steel, co-working, and oil & gas, with professional experience in both the United Kingdom and Malaysia. 

He has held key roles at Grimme Butcher Jones Ltd, Melewar Industrial Group Berhad, Rosegate Insurance Brokers Sdn. Bhd., CommonGround, and Ice Petroleum, refining his expertise in risk management, investment structuring, and corporate strategy. As CEO of Rosegate Insurance Brokers from 2008 to 2019, he played a pivotal role in developing major accounts, structuring complex risk placements, and expanding the reinsurance portfolio, positioning the company for sustained growth.

Currently, as Director of Business Development at a local private equity management company, Zam is responsible for maintaining key stakeholder relationships, sourcing investment opportunities, and overseeing deal structuring. His role extends to strategic planning, investment promotion, and public relations, ensuring seamless execution of high-value transactions.
